The Investor Deck is provided for information purposes only and is directed solely at persons who qualify as accredited investors or permitted clients under applicable Canadian securities laws, including National Instrument 45-106.

Access to the Investor Deck is conditional on your acceptance of our NDA. You agree to keep its contents strictly confidential and to use them solely to evaluate a potential investment in RTUL.

Information on this site is provided "as is". RTUL makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy or completeness, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
